Sedentary vs Physical

Well... Its really easy to determine who i am , Sedentary or Physical person. If i had a choice between book and soccer i would rather choose soccer . I am very Physical person. I would say sports and physical activities go on the first place in my life. I can't live without it, movement is live. I have never liked to sit on one spot and do one job constantly. Whenever i do my homework i feel tired and i always want to sleep but when i do a physical activity my tiredness disappears. Apparently my body gets tired but after an activity  i become more mentally refrershed.
Dont you ever thought about how books and working while sitting in the office can sometimes kill us. Everyday most people come home after school or work without any enthusiasm to do anything. If you are still depressed of your life its time to change something. Be more active and do something to throw out all unnecessary energy from your body.
